Bartholomew "Barry" Allen was a scientist in the crime lab at Central City Police Department. Barry was struck by lightning and developed various super powers and abilities, most notably super speed. Using these super powers, he began acting as the vigilante and superhero known as The Flash. He later became the last survivor from Earth Ninety.
